NOTE: Travel to client sites under 30 minutes is free. Travel time over 30 minutes will be charged at our base rate in 15-minute intervals.
NOTE: All of our rates are for direct engagements only. Contracted work
paid for through 3rd parties or contracting organizations have variable
rates starting at our normal, non-retainer rate.
Rate Type Details
Phone Support
- Having a panic attack? Need help now? Give us a call and we will help with quality phone support. Since we spend most of our time on the road, we must put practical limits on the amount of time we spend on phone support calls. Don’t worry, though. We’ll make sure to visit your location for the really tough challenges.
On-site
- For more complex problems we come to your office to install, upgrade, or repair your technology solutions. With our help you will be up and running in no time at all.
- (NOTE: A two-hour minimum applies to all On-site work.)
In-house
- Some solutions need more detailed work that we can do better and more efficiently at our hardware laboratories in our main office. For these jobs, and for jobs that do not need immediate support, we offer in-house solutions.
After Hours
- When it’s 6:00 PM, your deadline is tomorrow, and your computer just crashed, we are here to help.
- If your server has to be online during work hours, but needs to be upgraded, we can also be available on weekends to service your needs.
- (NOTE: A two-hour minimum charge applies to all After Hours work. Based on availability.)
Software Development
- Need a database solution for your business? Want to have programs developed to help automate and improve your workflow? From databases to web-based solutions to Apple scripting, we can help you out.
Twenty Hour Retainer
- If you have a big project coming up, book us for a twenty-hour block of time at a reduced rate. As a retainer customer you get added service, like remote support options allowing us to fix your problems right in front of you remotely. You can apply your retainer hours to any block of time, from two hours to eight a day, as you need them.
- (NOTE: A two-hour minimum is required for all Retainer work.)
Forty Hour Retainer
- Our best deal! Set up regular visits and let us be your full-time or part time IT department. With a forty-hour retainer you get our lowest rate possible and the same outstanding service you deserve. And like the twenty-hour retainer, you get value added features like remote support options that our non-retainer customers do not have access to.
- (NOTE: A two-hour minimum is required for all Retainer work.)
